1. General Policy
These are Afrofinity’s ("Afrofinity", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the www.afrofinity.com website.
Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us. These include:
- Any product not purchased from Afrofinity.com
- Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including box, inside packaging, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any hair that is burned or missing hair piece
- Any hair that is missing its original packaging
2. Reasons for Return
Items covered by this policy are those products for which Afrofinity states "This item may be returned for a store credit or refund within 14 days for this policy to apply".
3. Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for return.
Change of Mind: Item must be sealed, in original packaging, show no signs of usage and include all accessories (including free bundled offers). Shipping charges incurred during delivery will apply
Faulty Products: Item must be returned in original packaging and show no signs of usage
Wrong items delivered: Item must be in original packaging, show no signs of usage, and include all accessories (including free bundled offers)
Clearance Sales and "Buy One Get One Free" Items: Sale of "clearance items" or "buy one get one free items" will be final sale. There will be no refund or store credit for cle arance or buy one get one free items.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items: If item is out of stock (Back-Order): We will cancel and issue a refund for the item(s). We cannot process any exchanges for the item(s) that is out of stock
4. Items Meeting Return Conditions
Replacement: Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in requesting a replacement item
Refunds: Refunds can be processed either in store credits or in credit card or mobile money refunds (if a similar mode of payment was used in completing the initial transaction)
5. Refund and Replacement Process
Replacements will be delivered within the timelines set out in our shipping policy
We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned item at our warehouse
